Design
Starting at $1500
Up to 1 hour virtual project consultation.
1 rounds of virtual design revisions.
CAD drawings and high quality 3D visualization of your design, including both the hardscape (decking, patios, stairs, etc.) and features (pool, spa, water features, pergolas, fire pits, kitchens, etc.) that comprise your design.
Additional scope and services are billed by the hour.
Design + Advocacy
Starting at $2500
Up to 1 hour virtual project consultation.
2 rounds of virtual design revisions.
Up to 1 hour virtual design/build consultation with the builder of your choice.
CAD drawings and high quality 3D visualization of your design, including both the hardscape (decking, patios, stairs, etc.) and features (pool, spa, water features, pergolas, fire pits, kitchens, etc.) that comprise your design.
Additional scope and services are billed by the hour.
We are an independent designer and client advocate. We help you get every detail just right and simplify and bring transparency to the construction budget and process.

We will get to work bringing the design to life in concepts and ultimately a photorealistic 3D design made just for you. Together we will iterate on the design to design the backyard of your dreams.

You will login to our client portal and upload a few simple photos or video of your property. We will schedule a visioning session and talk virtually about your outdoor living goals and your vision for the finished product.

When we are done, you will get everything you need to begin the construction process. The 3D renderings provide the foundation for the design but are accompanied by the additional design artifacts your builder will need.

While we don’t offer construction services, we will work as your advocate throughout the construction process to ensure that your builder fully understands your design and there are few surprises throughout the construction process..
